Dr. Young earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University, where he graduated summa cum laude and phi beta kappa with distinctions in 2 majors. He subsequently went on to earn his medical doctorate from Harvard Medical School, where he graduated with distinction. He is currently a resident orthopedic surgeon at the Harvard hospitals in Boston, MA.
Dr. Young has had over a decade of experience mentoring students applying to top medical school and residency programs. Dr. Young understands the educational and professional barriers that students face which make entry into the highly competitive field of medicine. He is passionate about helping these students and their parents navigate these challenges and excel as applicants and future healthcare leaders.
